All dealings between Bespoke Beauty By Liana (ABN 28686247050) and any person relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Bespoke Beauty By Liana to the Client through Instagram / Facebook or Email are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below. By using this these platforms, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. 
 

Work Health and Safety
Bespoke Beauty By Liana has the right to refuse any treatment during the consultation if she feels there might be contradictions or hygiene concern. Bespoke Beauty By Liana apologises in advance if you're disappointed however Bespoke Beauty By Liana follows The Work Health and Safety Act 2011 & The Public Health Act 2010.
 

Privacy  
Bespoke Beauty By Liana will not sell or disclose the Clients personal information/details to any third party without the customers consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.
 

We operate under a strict cancellation policy. Appointment times are limited and reserved exclusively for you.

• A $60 non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments.
   
• This fee secures your appointment time.
   

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   
• Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:
   
  • Forfeiture of the $60 non-refundable booking fee, and
     
  • Being charged for the full service cost.
     
• If you reschedule with 48 hours’ notice, your non-refundable booking fee may be applied to your next appointment.
   
• Appointments rescheduled more than once will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
   
• Appointments rescheduled three (3) or more consecutive times may be cancelled without further notice.
   
• Gift voucher holders are subject to the same policy.
   

• Please arrive on time.
   
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled appointment.
   
• If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, the non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited and the cancellation policy applies.
   

• No-shows will be charged for the full cost of the service, and the non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited.
   

• In the event of a genuine and unavoidable emergency, we may, at our discretion, apply all or part of the non-refundable booking fee toward a future appointment.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are redeemable if you physically have a Bespoke Beauty By Liana voucher or the original e-voucher. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced if lost.
