Please read the following terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your service. Using Bespoke Beauty By Liana platforms signifies that you agree to these terms and conditions.
 

All dealings between Bespoke Beauty By Liana (ABN 28686247050) and any person relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Bespoke Beauty By Liana to the Client through Instagram / Facebook or Email are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below. By using this these platforms, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. 
 

Work Health and Safety
Bespoke Beauty By Liana has the right to refuse any treatment during the consultation if she feels there might be contradictions or hygiene concern. Bespoke Beauty By Liana apologises in advance if you're disappointed however Bespoke Beauty By Liana follows The Work Health and Safety Act 2011 & The Public Health Act 2010.
 

Privacy  
Bespoke Beauty By Liana will not sell or disclose the Clients personal information/details to any third party without the customers consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.
 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Strict Cancellation Policy

 Recognising that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We are a small business and this significantly impacts on our ability to fill your appointment with such short notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for their full service. Gift voucher holders will be included in this policy. 

Please arrive on time, failure to do so will result in appointment time being cut short or cancelled. Meaning that you may not be able to receive the desired service, and may result in needing to make another appointment. 

No shows will still be required to pay for their full service.

If you must cancel your appointment, you will not receive the non refundable deposit.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice.  

 Due to our limited availability, if you reschedule the same booking more than 3 times, you will be contacted by our team and required to pay the full treatment amount outstanding on the booking. This is non-refundable. If you choose to decline, we will cancel your booking. We recommend only booking appointments you are 100% certain you can keep.

$50 non refundable deposit is required for facial treatment appointments. If you reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice of your appointment time your deposit goes towards your next appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice your deposit is forfeited. ​In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your deposit be applied to future services.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are redeemable if you physically have a Bespoke Beauty By Liana voucher or the original e-voucher. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced if lost.
