How can I book an appointment if I have a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers cannot be booked online. Please contact us at hello@bespokebeautybyliana.com.au or text 0423441605 with your preferred dates and times and please have your gift voucher number ready. We will happily organise an appointment for you.
What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?
We understand that these things happen, as long as 48 hours notice is given, we will carry your deposit over to our next appointment.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?
Due to our limited availability we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more consecutive appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.
Can you tell me what happens during my Skin Consultation & Treatment?
Upon booking an in clinic consultation and treatment, you will have a 15-20 minute consultation with us to fill out your medical history and discuss your skin concerns, and budget. We will create a treatment plan tailored for you and will be available online after your appointment with any follow up questions.
How much should I budget for a first time appointment?
We recommend budgeting anywhere from $100-$500 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. We prefer for each and every one of our clients to be on a full regimen curated by us, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, we will suggest products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!
Can I shop in store at for products?
Yes, however please contact us prior so that the team can confirm their availability and allocate adequate time for you. We are open Monday to Saturday: By appointment only. Late nights are Mon to Thurs.
How do I know what treatment to book?
Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call us. It is best to book your next treatment at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.
How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring pictures with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as we will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.
Will I have to pay a deposit to book an appointment online?
For existing and new clients we require a $50 non refundable deposit for your consultation and treatment, this is non refundable.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Unfortunately no, we ask that you do not bring ANYONE with you. Health and safety regulations apply and are enforced.
Can you recommend products virtually?
Yes! One of our many skills is that we are a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please use our Booking Link to schedule a consult with Liana and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?
No, once it leaves our practice it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company.
We have a strict cancellation policy.
- Recognising that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for their full service. Gift voucher holders will be included in this policy.
- Please arrive on time, failure to do so will result in appointment time being cut short or cancelled. Meaning that you may not be able to receive the desired service, and may result in needing to make another appointment.
- No shows will still be required to pay for their full service.
- If you must cancel your appointment, you will not receive the non refundable deposit.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled.
- If you reschedule the same booking 3 or more consecutive times, your appointment will be cancelled without further notice.
$50 non refundable deposit is required for facial treatment appointments.
- If you reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice of your appointment time your deposit goes towards your next appointment.
- If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice your deposit is forfeited. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation policy applies and your deposit is forfeited. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your deposit be applied to future services.
