How can I book an appointment if I have a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be redeemed by booking online - simply enter your gift voucher number at the time of booking. Please note that gift vouchers will redeem the deposit amount only, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment.


If you experience any difficulties booking online, please contact us at hello@bespokebeautybyliana.com.au or text 0423 441 605 with your preferred dates and times. Kindly have your gift voucher number ready, and we will be happy to organise your appointment for you.

What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. When at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, your non-refundable booking fee will be transferred to your next appointment. 

What is your cancellations policy?

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies apply:

• Appointments rescheduled more than once will result in forfeiture of the $60 booking fee.
• Repeated cancellations or reschedules (three or more consecutive appointments) may result in termination of services.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and availability.
We kindly recommend booking appointments only when you are confident you can attend. 

Can you tell me what happens during my Skin Consultation & Treatment?

Upon booking an in-clinic consultation, you will receive a 20–30 minute comprehensive skin consultation using our advanced skin scanner technology. During this time, we will review your medical history, discuss your skin concerns, goals, and budget, and assess your skin in detail.

Following your consultation, a personalised treatment plan will be created specifically for you. Ongoing support is provided, with online availability after your appointment for any follow-up questions.

How much should I budget for a first time appointment?

We recommend budgeting $100–$500 if you are serious about improving your skin. For optimal results, we strongly encourage all clients to follow a complete homecare regimen curated by us, as great skin is 80% homecare and 20% professional treatments.

If your budget is more modest, don’t worry — we will always recommend products that align with your price range and guide you on the next best treatment for your skin. We work with all budgets, big or small, and our focus is on creating realistic, results-driven plans.
That said, achieving healthy, glowing skin does require commitment — be prepared to invest in your skin.

Can I shop in store at for products?

Yes - please contact us in advance so our team can confirm availability and allocate adequate time for your appointment.

We are open Monday to Saturday, by appointment only.
Late-night appointments are available Monday to Thursday.

How do I know what treatment to book?

If you are a first-time client, please book a Consultation.
If you are a returning client and are unsure which treatment to book next, we recommend contacting us directly.

To avoid any confusion and to secure your preferred appointment time, we strongly encourage booking your next treatment at the end of your appointment.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Please arrive on time and with a bare face. If you are coming directly from work and are unable to remove your makeup beforehand, a cleanser can be provided; however, please note that this will reduce your treatment time.

We kindly ask that you bring a detailed list of the skincare products you are currently using at home, or photos of the products for reference.
We also recommend avoiding the purchase of any new skincare products prior to your first appointment, as we will be creating a personalised homecare regimen tailored specifically to your skin and goals.

Will I need to pay a fee to book an appointment online?

For both new and existing clients, a $60 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your consultation or treatment. Please note that this fee cannot be refunded. 

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Unfortunately no, we ask that you do not bring ANYONE with you.  Health and safety regulations apply and are enforced.

Can you recommend products virtually?

Yes! One of our many skills is that we are a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please use our Booking Link to schedule a consult with Liana and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face! 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?

No, once it leaves our practice it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. 

We operate under a strict cancellation policy. As appointment times are limited and reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask that you respect our time and these policies.


Non-Refundable Booking Fee

  • A $60 non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments.
  • This booking fee secures your appointment time.
     

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:
    Forfeiture of the $60 booking fee, and
    Being charged for the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • If you reschedule your appointment with 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be applied to your next appointment.
  • Appointments rescheduled more than once will result in forfeiture of the $60 booking fee.
  • If the same booking is rescheduled three (3) or more consecutive times, the appointment will be cancelled without further notice.
  • Gift voucher holders are subject to the same cancellation policy.


Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be:
    • Shortened, 
    • Rescheduled, or 
    • Cancelled entirely. 
  • Late arrival may prevent us from delivering the desired service and may require you to book another appointment. 
  • If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, the booking fee will be forfeited, and the same cancellation policy applies.


No Shows

  • No-shows will be charged for the full cost of the service, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
     

Emergencies

  • In the case of a genuine and unavoidable emergency, we may, at our discretion, apply all or part of the booking fee toward a future appointment.
     

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy.
